We pushed per-unit contribution margin from -$97 to +$110 as a lean team, with me owning brand, paid, content, community, and support.

Sold the full dental imaging stack and owned customer experience nationwide.

Sold across the full dental imaging stack: CBCT systems, dental 3D printers, and hundreds of sensors, through national trade shows and field sales. The part I loved was the craft of it, going deep on diagnostic image optimization and building imaging workflow training and automation that made practices measurably faster. In an earlier tenure I owned customer success, paid search, and SEO, keeping the company top of search for core product terms.

Built a full-funnel sales and marketing engine and an award-winning product line.

Closed over $1M while owning the full funnel across SEO, paid social, and brand. I took the DC-Air product line to industry award recognition from leading dental publications, and built and ran the entire HubSpot CRM across the Sales, Service, and Marketing hubs to cut manual follow-up and sharpen pipeline visibility.
